Obama Ends Visa-Free Residency For Cubans Who Arrive In US

Obama administration has repealed the "wet foot, dry foot policy"  that allowed  any Cuban, irrespective of owning visa, residency in U.S. However, Cubans who were picked up at sea were returned. Now after the change, Cubans have to undergo the normal immigration process. This is perhaps the first step towards normalizing the relations between Cuba and U.S. Read more below:
