Nearly a century ago, he was told by a coach to give up cycling because he would never achieve anything on a bike. Come Wednesday, at Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines, France, Robert Marchand who is 105-year old set a world record in the 105+ age category, created especially for him by riding 22.5 km or 14miles in one hour.
